Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Transportation: Valid driver's licence, own transportation
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
