Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
