Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, manage staff performance, and provide feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
