Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2121788 ALBERTA LTD O/A PAPA JOHNS PIZZA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Work Setting

This position is located in a restaurant environment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
