Your Role

As a Dealer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients within the automotive industry. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, understanding their unique needs, and recommending tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on CARFAX products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly performance targets by exceeding sales goals and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experiences and address any issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach, consistently seeking ways to improve processes and enhance client relationships.
