Your RoleAs a Dealer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients within the automotive industry. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, understanding their unique needs, and recommending tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on CARFAX products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly performance targets by exceeding sales goals and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experiences and address any issues promptly.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach, consistently seeking ways to improve processes and enhance client relationships.
We seek individuals with a proven track record in customer service, relationship management, and sales within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset, driven by achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
