Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in the Medicine/Complex Continuing Care unit at Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance. As a key member of our inter-professional care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with the inter-professional care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years recent nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Recent clinical experience in Medicine/Complex Continuing Care Nursing
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
