Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Lanark Lodge is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor patients' progress
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and provide nursing services within defined scope of practice
Requirements:
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
