Vape Shop Team Leader

As a Vape Shop Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers at Vape Cave.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a supervisory role.
This position is set in a dynamic and fast-paced vape retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales associates.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Authorize financial transactions and manage payments.
- Procure inventory and manage merchandise orders.
- Handle product returns and exchanges.
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Engage with customers and sell products effectively.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance and staffing.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
- Oversee cash management and daily financial activities.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 employees.
Work Conditions- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Physical demands include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
