We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Vape Cave. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our team, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory control.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Vape shop.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
