The P&G Coffee Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of culinary professionals. Your key duties will include:

  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.
  • Training & Development: Provide comprehensive training to new team members on job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee that all food items meet our stringent standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish work schedules, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage.
