We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K & J Trude Holdings Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of the food service establishment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
