Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a dedicated executive assistant to provide comprehensive support to the deputy director. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the deputy director with administrative duties, including calendar management and scheduling;
  • Monitor and follow up on both strategic and operational initiatives;
  • Organize logistics for meetings and various committees;
  • Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions;
  • Manage the deputy director's appointments and deadlines effectively;
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders;
  • Draft, edit, and format a variety of documents, including presentations and internal policies;

Qualifications:
