Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Developer to join our team at Glansa Associates. As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational chatbots and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Conversational Chatbots: Create conversational chatbots and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex, ensuring they meet client or organizational requirements.
- Configure Intents and Utterances: Create and configure intents, utterances, and slot types to enable natural language understanding and meaningful interactions with users.
- Integrate with Messaging Platforms: Integrate Amazon Lex chatbots with various messaging platforms, websites, and mobile applications to provide seamless user experiences.
- Implement Dialog Flows: Implement dialog flows, state management, and context handling to guide users through conversations and fulfill their requests.
- Enable Voice and Text-Based Interactions: Enable both voice and text-based interactions with chatbots, leveraging Amazon Lex's speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Manage Data Sources: Define and manage data sources and external APIs to access and update information required for chatbots.
Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and chatbot development
- Ability to design and develop conversational chatbots and virtual assistants
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
