About the Job

TS Imagine, a leading provider of on-demand trading and risk management solutions, is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our Professional Services team, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure new FIX engines in production for client onboarding
  • Certify FIX sessions and workflow with new Fixed Income Dealers and Venues
  • Review business requirements for client enhancements and configure the existing FIX engine
  • Configure technical solutions on the TSI FIX platform for production deployment
  • Facilitate technical discussions for product deployment and project integrations
  • Work with internal teams to finalize project timelines and milestones
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal staff
  • Produce and manage internal documentation
  • Troubleshoot in a Linux environment and resolve production issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or matching technical skills
