Department Manager Opportunity

Atmosphere Ltd. is seeking a skilled Department Manager to lead our Softgoods team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a daily sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment.
