Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with managing inventory control of office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Reliability Security Clearance required
