Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with managing inventory control of office supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Reliability Security Clearance required
- Competitive salary starting at $43,000-48,000 per year
- Full benefits package, including medical and dental insurance
- 3 weeks paid vacation and 5 paid personal days
