YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Executing valuation tasks, both for internal and external clients
  • Demonstrating advanced understanding of appraisal principles
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Building and nurturing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Addressing inquiries and skillfully managing negotiations to benefit the organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active membership in the AIC or CNAREA
  • Thorough understanding of the regulations, laws, acts, statutes, policies, and objectives that govern the real estate valuation sector
  • Experience with various residential valuation services, including AVMs, desktop evaluations, drive-by assessments, and full appraisals related to residential properties
  • Preferred experience in training, coaching, mentoring, and developing appraisers
