About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team at Applicantz for a 3-month contract. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various types of digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact, enhancing existing slide decks by improving layout, flow, and design consistency.
  • Design and develop engaging newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, focusing on clear messaging and optimal user engagement across different devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure a consistent visual language and design system.
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine interactive components, ensuring a smooth user journey.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices, driving business growth through data-driven design decisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability test results and user feedback, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals, driving business success through effective design solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users, driving business growth through user-centered design.
