Truck Driver Supervisor

Tanx Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Drivers: Oversee a team of truck drivers to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate Logistics: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and equipment to meet customer demands.
- Monitor Productivity: Analyze and improve the efficiency of our transportation operations to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Ensure Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide input on personnel matters, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
