Job Title: Senior Vice President, Construction

JD Trans Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Construction to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
