Corporate Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis

At ATS Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Life Sciences Systems team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial plans, policies, and procedures for our division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures for the division.
  2. Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  3. Collaborate with operations executives to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  4. Manage the division's budget and forecasting process.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, consultants, and external auditors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial and controlling experience in a manufacturing or financial environment.
  • Expertise in project costing systems and hands-on experience in designing and managing new business systems.
  • Proven business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
  • Visionary leader with proven ability to develop high-performance teams.
