Senior Vice President of Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Construction to join our team at JD Trans Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in construction management, with a focus on budgetary responsibility, task allocation, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive construction projects forward.
- Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective project management.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve construction goals.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance the company's reputation.
- Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions to secure business opportunities.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language and Work Environment
- English language proficiency.
- 38 hours per week, permanent position.
