Lead Integrated Training Solutions Specialist

Job Overview
The Integrated Solutions Leader plays a pivotal role within a team of experts dedicated to the development of comprehensive training systems tailored for defense and paramilitary organizations globally. This position involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and industry partners to spearhead the creation of effective training solutions, ensuring that robust training programs are executed efficiently while working alongside Program Management to establish strategic execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct integrated training solutions from initial client engagement through to contract finalization.
- Serve as the Design Authority for training solutions, providing guidance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Engage in the formulation of training product research and development roadmaps.
- Offer leadership on significant training system integration projects.
- Collaborate with System Architects to delineate training requirements.
- Present and evaluate training solutions with clients and end-users to ensure alignment with their needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant industry and/or military experience.
- In-depth understanding of training development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 5% of the time.
