Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of brewery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to maintain efficient production operations.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
- Health and Safety: Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and work under pressure.
