About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Design, Global Supplier Technology to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our design leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our global supplier technology platform, driving innovation and excellence in design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of our global supplier technology platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to deliver business results.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in design leadership, with a focus on global supplier technology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through design.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
