Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Support

    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Program Development and Implementation

    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Community Liaison
    • Liaise with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
    • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
  • Administrative and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or a related field)
