Job Title: Group Home Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Group Home Worker to join our team at Chezranti Community Centre Ltd. As a Group Home Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth operation of the group home.
  • Assess client needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community resources to support clients.
  • Participate in program evaluation and research to ensure the effectiveness of our services.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
