Job Title: Co-Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Manager to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a Co-Manager, you will play a key role in building and inspiring our sales and support teams to engage customers and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve store sales goals and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
- Implement company training programs and monitor staff training in product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills
- Assist with staff supervision and maintain company merchandising standards
- Promptly and accurately complete all paperwork procedures
- Maintain store funds and monitor deposits in accordance with company policies
- Assist in the inventory and maintenance of inventory records
- Interface with District, Regional, and corporate personnel
Requirements:
- 3 years of retail experience
- 2 years of retail, high-performance sales experience
- High School Diploma
- Fashion Industry knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Functional digital literacy; POS, MS Office, web, social
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of management experience in high fashion/luxury apparel
- Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates
