Key Responsibilities- Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.
- Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers, generating leads for new business, and communicating with Outside Sales Representatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment and services.
- Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandise, to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge of trench safety-related products and applications is an asset.
