About the Role

The Senior Director, Health Partnerships is a key member of the School of Medicine's senior leadership team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the establishment and development of health partnerships and overall policy governance for the School.

This critical role involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that foster positive partner engagement and collaboration, enable medical education training and delivery across distributed sites, and oversight to support medical school accreditation cycles.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed relationship building skills and specialized expertise in contract and policy development, specifically in the healthcare sector. They will thrive in a complex multi-divisional work environment and have a proven track record of strategic business acumen that achieves results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster positive partner engagement and collaboration
  • Provide oversight to support medical school accreditation cycles
  • Advise the School's senior leadership on barriers and issues and develop solutions through initiating new partnerships or building on existing relationships, agreements, and contracts
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to enable medical education training and delivery across distributed sites
