About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at SNJ Holdings Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
  • Assist maintenance staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
