Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional entertainment experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve theatre goals and objectives
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including concessions, box office, and floor duties
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights
  • Ability to work in a variable environment
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (an asset)
