Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a Cast Member, you will be an integral part of our theatre's daily functions, providing an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform a range of duties, including working in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
  • Meet and exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights, as well as variable shifts.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification, where applicable, and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres.
