Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands, box office, and theatre floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate concession stands, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the theatre.
  • Assist with box office operations, including selling tickets and handling customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and theatre operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (an asset).
