Job Title: Director - Finance

College of the Rockies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the College's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the College's senior management team
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the College's strategic objectives
  • Oversee the College's financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide financial guidance and support to College departments and teams
Requirements:
  • Accounting designation (CPA, CA, or CMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a director-level financial management role
  • Advanced understanding of public/government financial, administrative, budgeting, and investment practices
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of PSAB accounting standards
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP/Information Systems
