Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics related to customer interactions and sales.
- Sales and Merchandise: Sell merchandise and products to customers, ensuring that they are aware of and understand the features and benefits of the products.
- Product Returns: Process returns and exchanges of defective products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Payment Processing: Receive payments from customers and process transactions accurately and securely.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including collection areas.
- Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, including evenings and weekends.
- Relocation: Be willing to relocate for this position, if required.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
- Hours: 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
