Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Reels Hose Fix. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Prepare and process financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documents.
- Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Cash Management: Manage cash and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management, highlighting key financial trends and insights.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: QuickBooks, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, internet, and MS Windows.
