Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Reels Hose Fix. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, including cheques, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: QuickBooks, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, internet, and MS Windows.
