Job Title: Administrative Manager

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating meetings.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train administrative staff, including hiring, interviewing, and providing performance feedback.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including corporate governance and security procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent sitting and computer use.
