About The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd.

We are a leading steel fabrication company seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Material Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in project management software.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
