About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Square Nine Builders Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and odors. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The typical work hours are 40 hours per week.
