About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team at Lam Trinh. As a key member of our beauty services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Custom Nail Design: Create unique and personalized nail designs for our clients, taking into account their preferences and style.
  • Nail Care and Maintenance: Clean, trim, and polish nails to the highest standards, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Nail Extensions and Enhancements: Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, as well as other nail enhancements, to meet our clients' needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform cashiering duties, schedule appointments, and confirm client bookings.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 5 years or more of experience in the nail care industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
