About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled Investment Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Marketing team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote our brand, products, and services to advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of sales enablement collateral for advisor audiences, including emails, PowerPoints, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Curate a monthly edition of our advisor newsletter, pulling from our existing library of thought leadership content.
  • Project manage the annual fund awards programs in conjunction with product research.
  • Support marketing projects for cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Client Services, and National Accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Investment Marketing.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications function.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
