  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse efficiently.
  • Maintain kitchen knives by sharpening them as needed.
  • Keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them.
