Job Title: Food Service Attendant

Aux Palais Exquis is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
