Aux Palais Exquis is seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment by cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
