Job Title: Cafeteria Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cafeteria Attendant to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced cafeteria environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in food and beverage service
  • Safe Food Handling Certification required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 50lbs, and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
