A distinguished law firm located in downtown Montreal is seeking a senior legal executive assistant to support an associate lawyer in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the associate with daily tasks including drafting legal documents, contracts, memoranda, and other confidential materials, as well as coordinating various activities;
- Serve as a point of contact between the associate and diverse individuals, groups, and clients at all levels;
- Track critical files and ensure adherence to deadlines;
- Organize and manage the associate's calendar;
- Oversee the associate's practice (meetings, expenses, travel arrangements, training sessions, client interactions, etc.);
- Compose and manage correspondence;
- Handle client inquiries, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Degree in legal secretarial studies or equivalent;
- At least 8 years of experience in the legal sector;
- Proficient in English and conversational French;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications;
