About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at FREELANDT CALDWELL REILLY LLP. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accounting Systems: Maintain and update accounting systems, including Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, and Quick Books.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
