Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person.
  • Provide top-notch customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Support the assistant or branch assistant as needed.
  • Process daily bank deposits and submit accounts payable.
  • Perform daily administrative activities (mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies, manage conference room reservations, etc.).

Your team:

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada. We have a team of close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of over 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in Administration or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in financial services is an asset.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
